In english class we have been learning about being a assertive in communcation
1. What are the four types of behavioural responses, and what does each mean (in your own words)?
passive- is when you say nothing
assertive- when you be repectful and get your point across
Indirect- is getting a third party to ask that person what you want
Aggresive- When you be angry and demand stuff
What is the definition of Assertive Communication
Assertiveness means expressing your point of view in a way that is clear and direct, while still respecting others.
What are the three ‘describes’? When should you use them?
